Membership Types
- A. Patron Membership : Rs.10,00,000/-
B. Life Membership
- Entrance Fee : Rs. 2000.00
- One Time Subscription
i) Industry Association: Rs. 2,00,000
ii)SSI Units : Rs. 50,000
iii) Non-SSI Units: Rs.1,00,000
iv) Individuals : Rs. 80,000
v) US $10,000/- in lumpsum in case of overseas organisations.
C. Ordinary membership
- a)Entrance Fee : Rs.2,000 plus
- b)Annual Subscription
i)Industry Association:Rs.30,000
ii)SSI Units :Rs.2,000
iii)Non-SSI Units :Rs.4,000
iv)Individuals :Rs.2,000
- (Overseas Organisation)
i)Corporate Membership:US$ 500
- ii)Individual Membership:US$ 300
D. Associate Members - Any Institute / Organisation / Estabhishment devoted to Research wholly financed by the Central / State Government or any University / Educational Institution teaching science or technology can be admitted as an Associate member on payment of an entrance fee of Rs. 2000/- , and subscription of Rs.2000/- per annum
The Associate member will have no right to vote.
The Subscription shall be payable on 1st April each year.
If there is any change in the address of a member of the Institute, the member shall notify to the Secretary his new address and the Secretary shall there-upon enter such new address in his roll of members. If a member fails to notify any change in his address, the address in the roll of members shall be deemed to be his address.
Any member may resign his membership of the Institute by a letter addressed to the Secretary on their behalf.
