PACKAGE DEVELOPMENT FOR FOOD PRODUCTS

• The Consumer Packaging shall undertakes consultancy projects on fresh and processed food products which are aimed at:
  
  1. Development of consumer packages by undertaking detailed shelf-life compatibility studies
  2. Development/Standardisation of intermediate/bulk packages for exports and domestic distribution.
  3. Drawing up packaging specifications for food products for domestic distribution and for exports.
  4. Development of cost effective packaging through cost benefit analysis.
  5. Extension of shelf-life of food products through improved packaging system/latest technologies.
  6. Packaging related problem solving through appropriate studies.
