" Mr. Rajiv Dhar, after serving the Institue for about 100 months has opted for voluntary retirement. He was given a profound farewell by the staff of the Institute on 19th Oct 09.
 
The Institute shall ever be thankful to him for his services rendered and contributions made. The Institute indeed made all round progress during his tenure as Director of the institute.
 
Mr. Rajiv Dhar has handed over the charge to Mr. NC Saha, Prof. to officiate untill the appointment of Director takes place.
 
The entire staff of the Institute wishes Mr. Dhar good wishes in his new assignment and responsibilities.
