CPE Course Refund Policy
At IIP - Chennai, we are committed to providing quality education and
training to our students pursuing Certified Packaging Engineer (CPE).
We understand that there may be situations where a student needs to cancel
their enrolment. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our refund policy below:
1. Cancellation Before CPE Course Commencement

If a student cancels their enrolment before the course begins,
a cancellation fee of 10% of the total course fee will be deducted.

The remaining 90% of the fees paid will be refunded to
the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
from the date of cancellation request.
2. No Refund After CPE Course Commencement

Once the course has started, no refunds will be provided under
any circumstances.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including
personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, or dissatisfaction with the course.
3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within
10 business days from the date of approval.

The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
